Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) claims relating to physical damage, missing accessories, or non-functional products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Repair or replacement timelines may vary depending upon service location, logistics, and spare-part availability.

Warranty is applicable only to products purchased and used within India through authorized channels.

This warranty is non-transferable.

This warranty is provided in addition to and does not affect rights available under applicable consumer protection laws in India.

This warranty shall not apply in case of:

Misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, improper installation, or use contrary to the user manual.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, or deterioration not affecting product functionality.

Unauthorized repair, modification, dismantling, tampering, or use of non-genuine accessories or spare parts.

Damage caused by liquid ingress, corrosion, pest infestation, accidents, fire, flood, lightning, voltage fluctuations, power surges, or other external causes beyond product control.

Products used for commercial, industrial, rental, institutional, or non-household applications.

Altered, removed, or illegible serial numbers, invoices, or product identification markings.

Software, application, Wi-Fi, network connectivity, or third-party platform-related issues not attributable to hardware defects.

Products without valid proof of purchase.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, MOVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Your MOVA warranty begins on the date shown on your purchase invoice or order confirmation – not the date you first switch it on.
