Which surfaces does the E10 clean?

The E10 cleans tiles, marble, carpet, and hardwood floors. It automatically boosts suction when it detects carpet for deeper cleaning.

What cleaning modes does the E10 support?

The E10 supports four intelligent cleaning paths: Zone Cleaning (targets high-dirt areas in a 1.6m diameter), Edge Cleaning (along corners and walls), Zigzag Cleaning (efficient for large open areas), and Random Cleaning (ideal for quick cleans or small rooms).

Does the E10 automatically boost suction on carpets?

Yes. The E10 detects carpet and automatically boosts suction to the maximum level for deeper carpet cleaning - no manual adjustment required.

Can the E10 handle obstacles and stairs?

Yes. Cliff sensors prevent the robot from falling off stairs or elevated surfaces. The obstacle avoidance system detects objects in its path and navigates around complex furniture layouts. The E10 can also climb obstacles up to 15mm high, such as cables, carpet edges, and bathroom doorways.

Which app does the E10 use?

The E10 connects to the MOVA home app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Scan the QR code on the robot to add the device.

What Wi-Fi does the E10 require?

The E10 only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. It does not connect to 5GHz networks. If pairing fails, reset Wi-Fi by pressing and holding both buttons for 3 seconds.

Does the E10 work with Alexa or Google Assistant?

Yes. The E10 supports Alexa, Siri, and Google Home voice control integration.

What can I control from the app?

From the MOVA home app you can: schedule cleaning sessions, select cleaning modes, set virtual boundaries, adjust suction power, control water flow, and monitor cleaning history.

How do I maintain the E10?

After each use: empty the dustbin, wash the mop pad, and clean the brushes. Regularly clean sensors, wheels, filters, and charging contacts. The 330ml dustbin can store dust for up to 7 days without manual emptying under normal use.

How do I reset the E10 to factory settings?

Press and hold the Wi-Fi/reset button on the robot for 3 seconds. This restores factory settings and allows you to re-pair it with the MOVA home app.

Why isn't my robot charging?

Ensure the charging dock is plugged into a power source, the robot is properly aligned with the charging dock, and the charging contacts on both the robot and dock are clean and free from dust.

How long does the first charge take?

It is recommended to fully charge your robot device before first use. The robot will charge automatically when placed on the dock. It is strongly recommended to fully charge before the first use to properly condition the battery.

Can the robot clean under furniture?

Yes. The slim robot design allows it to navigate under beds, sofas, and furniture for more complete cleaning coverage.

Does the robot offer adjustable water flow while mopping?

Yes. The E20s Pro offers 3-level moisture control, allowing users to customize water flow depending on floor type and cleaning needs.

Can I wash the filter and mop pad?

Yes. The mop pad is washable and reusable. The filter can also be cleaned according to the user manual. Ensure both components are completely dry before reinstalling them.

How do I clean the main brush roller?

Flip the robot over. Release the main brush cover (slide the clip). Pull the brush out. Use the cleaning tool and remove tangled hair and thread. Wipe the brush with a dry cloth. Reinsert and click the cover back.

Is the E40 Ultra good for pet hair?

Yes. The powerful 19,000 Pa suction pulls embedded pet fur from carpet fibres, and the anti-tangle brush minimises hair wrapping. The sealed dust bag also ensures you don't breathe in pet dander when the station empties.

What Wi-Fi does the E40 Ultra require?

The E40 Ultra requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. It does not connect to 5GHz networks. Ensure your phone has the relevant permissions granted during initial setup. Once connected, app control is responsive and stable.

Q: Does MOVA use cleaning solutions or do these robots work with plain water?

The MOVA E40 Ultra is designed to be used with plain water only. Do not add detergent or disinfectant to their water tanks as this may damage components. The V50 Ultra's Duo Solution System is specifically designed for MOVA-branded cleaning solutions (standard and pet formula) — using third-party solutions is not recommended.

What is the difference between "Fast Mapping" and "All Cleaning"?

Fast Mapping allows the robot to quickly scan and generate a map without cleaning. All Cleaning builds the map while the robot performs its first cleaning cycle [00:04:21].

How do I put the robot into Wi-Fi pairing mode?

Press and hold the Power button and Dock button simultaneously for 3 seconds until you hear 'Waiting for network configuration.' Then follow the in-app instructions.

The robot is not connecting to Wi-Fi. What should I check?

Confirm your router broadcasts at 2.4 GHz or mixed 2.4/5 GHz. Ensure the robot and phone are close to the router during setup. Try manually connecting to the 'MOA vacuum' hotspot from your phone's Wi-Fi list, then return to the app.

When cleaning the mop, it prompts that the water level in the clean water tank is insufficient

1. Add clean water to the clean water tank. Press the Clean button on the base or tap the Start button on the app to resume cleaning the mop pad.
2. If the water in the clean water tank is sufficient, unplug the self-wash base, power on the base in 30 seconds, and press the Clean button on the base. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.

Can the robot dust box filter be washed with water?

1. The filter can be washed with water manually and needs to be thoroughly dry before re-installing.
2. It is recommended to dry the filter for at least 24 hours after washing it.

The map has not been saved/updated

1. While mapping, the robot will learn and map your home environment, and return to the dock/base. The map will not be saved unless the voice prompts that the mapping is completed.
2. If the robot is moved back to the dock/base while mapping, or the mapping is interrupted, the maps will not be saved or updated.

The robot cannot find the charging dock or base station

Causes for Docking Failure:
1. The dock/base is powered off or moved. Power it on and put it back.
2. There are some obstacles around the dock/base. Clear the obstacles.
3. Your robot is trapped while cleaning. Place it onto the dock/base.
4. The dock/base is NOT on a flat surface. Put it on a flat surface.
5. System error. Place the robot 1 meter in front of the dock/base, and tap the "Recall" button. If the robot cannot return to the dock/base, please contact customer service.

The robot mop has an odor

An Unpleasant Odor of Mop Pad:
1. Causes: Your home is humid, or the mop pad is not dry and goes moldy.
2. Daily Use: It is recommended to use the floor cleaner to wash the mop pad to reduce the possibility of mildew.
3. Storage: Remove the mop pad and dry it in a well-ventilated environment.
4. Dirt Accumulated on Washboard: Remove and clean the washboard. Otherwise, there will be an odor while drying the mop pad.

Note: For the robot with mop pad drying function , you can tap Self-cleaning Settings > Start Drying to dry the mop pad again.

How do I set up virtual walls or no-go zones?

After mapping, open the map editor in the app. Tap the relevant option (virtual wall, no-go zone, virtual threshold, etc.) and draw it on the map. Tap the checkmark to save.

Can the V50 Ultra map multiple floors?

Yes. Go to 'Multi-floor Map Management' to add up to 4 floor maps. Move the robot (not the base station) to each floor while in standby mode and create a new map per floor.
