- Must be purchased within 60 days of product purchase.
- MOVA support will contact you within 48 hours to authenticate your purchase.
- If purchased after 60 days, the warranty is null and void. A refund will be issued after deducting transaction charges and a ₹500 processing fee.

Terms & Conditions
01 - Coverage
Applies to eligible MOVA robot vacuum cleaners purchased from authorised partners. Coverage begins after the standard manufacturer warranty expires and covers manufacturing defects under normal home-use conditions.
02 - Eligibility
Valid for purchases from authorised partners only. Must be purchased within 60 days of product purchase. Requires valid purchase invoice and warranty certificate. Product must be unopened or unaltered.
03 - What is Covered
Internal electronics (PCB, sensors, Wi-Fi module, circuits, LiDAR), mechanical components (motors, wheels, pumps), labour charges, service charges, courier pickup and drop, and genuine MOVA part replacements.
04 - What is NOT Covered
Water damage, accidental drops, or misuse. Pest or rodent infestation. Natural disasters. Consumables (brushes, mop pads, filters, battery, dust bin, wheels). Non-genuine accessories. Software modifications. Commercial use. Cosmetic defects (scratches, dents, discolouration).
05 - Claim Process
Contact MOVA support at care.india@mova-tech.com or marketing.india@mova-tech.com, or +91 82950 21800 to raise a claim. The unit may require inspection and pickup. Covered items will be repaired or replaced with genuine MOVA parts. Irreparable units may receive a replacement device of equal or higher value.
06 - Limitations
Non-transferable - valid for the original purchaser only. Valid in India only. MOVA's total liability is capped at the original purchase price of the product. The warranty period does not restart after a repair or replacement.
07 - Customer Responsibilities
Follow all instructions in the MOVA user manual. Maintain the product - clean sensors, brushes, and filters as recommended. Use only MOVA-approved accessories, parts, and cleaning solutions. Allow MOVA service personnel reasonable access for inspection and repairs.
08 - Warranty Period
The duration of coverage is as specified on the warranty certificate or receipt. Parts that are replaced are covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty - no extension applies.
09 - Cancellation
Non-cancellable and non-refundable once authenticated by MOVA. Void if purchased after 60 days from product purchase - a refund will be issued after deducting transaction charges and a ₹500 processing fee. MOVA reserves the right to cancel the warranty in cases of suspected fraud, tampering, or unauthorised repairs.
